摘要
利用Gleeble 1 5 0 0热 /动模拟试验机 ,研究了变形道次、变形量、变形速率等对S6 5钢变形后的过冷奥氏体连续冷却转变曲线 (CCT曲线 )的影响。根据此研究结果 ,选择合理的变形参数 ,制定相应的轧制工艺 ,可获得S6 5钢优良的组织性能。
The Gleeble-1500 thermal/dynamic simulation test device is used to investigate the effects of pass, amount and rate of deformation on transformation curve (CCT curve) of over cool austenite under continuous cooling after the deformation of S65 steel. The results have shown that the structural properties can be obtained about S65 quality steel through selecting proper deformation parameter and drawing up the corespondent rolling process.
