摘要
目的探讨应用气压式血液循环驱动泵预防脑梗死后下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效。方法将140例脑梗死患者分为2组,对照组(n=70)采用常规传统治疗和护理方法,观察组(n=70)在对照组的基础上,从入院当日开始应用气压式血液循环驱动泵辅助治疗。2组患者在入院第1天及第14天行彩色多普勒超声检查双下肢深静脉血流情况。结果对照组下肢深静脉血栓发生13例(18.6%),观察组下肢深静脉血栓发生1例(1.43%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.429,P<0.01)。结论气压式血液循环驱动泵对预防脑梗死后下肢深静脉血栓形成有一定的疗效。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of pneumatic blood circulation pump on preventing deep ve- nous thrombosis of lower extremity after cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and forty cases of cerebral infarction were divided into 2 groups, the control group (n=70) by conventional treatment and nursing, the observation group (n=70) by con- ventional treatment and nursing, pneumatic blood circulation pump therapy from the first day. Two groups of patients after first day and 14 days were examined by color Doppler uhrasonography of deep veins of lower limb blood flow. Results In the con- trol group, deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity occurred in 13 patients (18.6%), the observation group of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity occurred in 1 patient (1.43%), there was significant difference between two groups (χ2=11.429, P〈0.01 ). Conclusion Pneumatic blood circulation pump has certain curative effect on preventing deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after cerebral infarction.
