摘要
顶管施工技术在我国地下管道施工中已经得到广泛的应用,随着上海城市建设的不断发展,地下空间变的日趋复杂,顶管施工过程中不可避免的遇到地下管线、建(构)筑物及其他障碍物,如何在确保地下重要管线及建(构)筑物安全的前提下清除地下障碍物,使顶管作业能够连续进行,是目前顶管施工作业过程中的首要问题。本文以金山一水厂二期工程BOT部分建设工程原水输水管线工程为例,论述了Φ1400顶管在穿越叶新公路施工过程中,遇到地下障碍物后所采取的处理措施,有效的保护了顶管施工区域内的各类地下管线,机头成功出洞,取得了良好的效果。
The pipe jacking technology has been widely used in underground pipelines construction.With the development of Shanghai,the underground space becomes more and more complex.So it is inevitable to come across the underground pipelines,buildings and some other obstacles in the pipe-jacking construction process.How to eliminate the underground obstacles on the premise of ensuring the security of the important underground pipelines and buildings to make the pipe-jacking construction operates continuously is the key problem in the pipe-jacking construction process.In this paper,a second project of BOT part construction project raw water transmission pipeline engineering of Jinshan Water Factory was chosen as an example,and the measure to deal with the condition that when the construction process that the pipe jacking（Φ1400） cross the Yexin highway come across the underground obstacles were discussed.This measure has effectively protected various underground pipelines in the pipe-jacking construction region,and the machine head got out of the hole successfully and good results were achieved.
