摘要
采用接触反应法制备了原位TiCp/ZA4 3复合材料。进行了TiCp/ZA4 3复合材料的力学性能和润滑条件下的摩擦磨损性能。试验结果表明 ,TiCp/ZA4 3复合材料有较好的常温和高温 ( 150~ 2 50℃ )力学性能 ,随着TiC颗粒含量的增加 ,复合材料的耐磨性能得以明显提高。
The in situ TiCp/ZA43 composites have been prepared by contacting reaction. The paper compares mechanical properties between TiCp/ZA43 composite and ZA43 base material and their friction wear properties under lubrication condition. The test results show that the composites have better mechanical properties at normal and elevated temperatures (150~250 ℃) and their wear resistance increases obviously with increase of TiC Content.
