摘要
目的观察探讨急性脑梗死患者血浆内皮素水平的变化及临床意义。方法选取80例急性脑梗死患者(脑梗组)和30例健康体检人群(对照组)作为研究对象,其中80例患者根椐其临床神经功能缺损评分标准及脑梗死面积进行分组,25例为轻度组,35例为中度组,20例为重度组,对所有研究对象均取清晨空腹静脉血采用放射免疫测定法测定血浆内皮素水平并进行观察比较,同时对三组患者疗效进行比较。结果脑梗组血浆内皮素为(100.05±6.87)pg/ml,对照组为(56.54±4.85)pg/ml,脑梗组明显高于对照组。轻度组、中度组和重度组血浆内皮素分别为(120.05±12.87)pg/ml、(90.65±11.25)pg/ml、(69.32±8.76)pg/ml,均明显高于对照组,且组间比较差异有统计学意义。轻度组、中度组和重度组治疗总有效率分别为96.00%、71.43%、40.00%,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者血浆内皮素水平较健康人群明显升高,且血浆内皮素水平与患者病情及预后均息息相关,可通过监测患者血浆内皮素水平判断患者病情及评估预后。
Objective To explore the changes of plasma levels of endothelin and its d clinical significance in patients with acute cerebral infarction（ACI）.Methods Total 80 cases of acute cerebral infarction（cerebral infarction group） and 30 healthy people（control group） were enrolled in this study.By the neurological deficit score and infarction area,80 patients were divided into 3 groups： mild group（25）,moderate group（35） and severe group（20）.The plasma endothelin levels of fasting blood were tested by radioimmunoassay and compared among the three groups.Results The cerebral infarction group,the plasma endothelial factors（100.05 ± 6.87） pg / ml,the control group（56.54 ± 4.85） pg / ml,the cerebral infarction group was significantly higher than the mild group,moderate group and severe group of plasma endothelin were（120.05 ± 12.87） pg / ml（90.65 ± 11.25） pg /ml（69.32 ± 8.76） pg / ml was significantly higher,and between the two groups different.mild group,moderate group and severe treatment,the total effective rate were 96.00%,71.43%,40.00% difference between groups was significant differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The acute cerebral infarction plasma endothelin levels than the healthy group was significantly increased,and plasma endothelin levels and the patient’s condition and prognosis are closely related to judgment by monitoring plasma endothelin levels patient’s condition and assessment of prognosis.
