摘要 目的:探讨磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)在脑血管疾病的诊断价值。材料与方法:回顾性观察138例不同脑血管疾病(包括不同时期脑梗死、急性脑出血、海绵状血管瘤)的DWI图像特点,并与同一病变在不同扫描序列图像进行比较,分析弥散成像的信号特征。结果:DWI对超急性脑梗死、急性脑梗死、海绵状血管瘤高度敏感(达100%),对急性脑出血也很敏感。结论:DWI能诊断常规MR序列不能显示的超急性和急性脑梗死,鉴别急性脑梗死与出血。显示常规序列不能显示小的海绵状血管瘤。 Purpose: To investigate the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance diffusion -weighted imaging (DWI) in cerebrovascular diseases. Materials and Methods: DWI images of 138 patients with cerebrovascular disease (including different periods of cerebral infarction, acute cerebral hemorrhage, cavernous hemangioma) were compared with different scan- ning sequence of the same lesions. Diffusion imaging signal(DWI) features were analyzed and then to explore the diagnostic value of DWI. Results: DWI was highly sensitive to hyper acute cerebral infarction, acute cerebral infarction, cavernous he- mangioma (100%) , acute cerebral hemorrhage was also very sensitive. Conclusion: DWI could diagnose superacute and a- cute cerebral infarction when conventional MR sequences could not display. Acute cerebral infarction and hemorrhage could be distinguished. Small cavernous hemangioma could be identified when conventional sequence could not display.
