前路与一期前后路手术治疗多节段脊髓型颈椎病的比较 被引量：8

摘要 目的比较颈椎前路和一期前后路联合两种术式治疗多节段脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法回顾分析2009年1月至2011年2月广东医学院附属南山医院收治的多节段脊髓型颈椎病病例37例,其中A组23例采用前路术式,B组14例采用一期前后路联合手术。依据神经功能改善情况、颈椎生理弧度、轴性症状、颈椎矢状位运动范围和围手术期并发症等几方面进行比较分析。结果神经功能改善和D值恢复、维持:组间均无明显统计学差异;轴性痛改善:A组优于B组;颈椎矢状位运动范围丢失和围手术期并发症:B组大于A组。结论和单纯前路手术相比,一期前后路联合手术治疗多节段脊髓型颈椎病的短期疗效未显现出明显优势。
