摘要
岩心是通过钻井取心获得的能直观反映地质特征的第一手资料。为了最大限度地保留岩心原貌,便于岩心的管理和分析,围绕长城钻探录井公司研究与开发的YXCJ-Ⅴ岩心图像高分辨率采集仪的原理、采集方法和岩心综合图绘制等内容,对钻井的新老岩心取样、采集、整理、扫描、编辑、处理等步骤进行了详细的介绍。利用该技术建立了长城钻探网络岩心库、沉积库和化石库,并利用这些资料进行含油性、电性、岩性及岩性特征分析等评价工作。该技术解决了岩心放置时间久、信息失真的问题,在油田的勘探与开发过程中,起着非常重要的作用,但荧光扫描仪存在扫描的长度短、速度慢等问题,有待进一步改进。为了避免岩心颜色失真,在采集过程中,要经常进行白平衡校正,并且针对岩心颜色的深浅度建立起不同的扫描参数。
Core is the firsthand information obtained from drilling coring,which can visually reflect the geological characteristics.In order to keep core 's original appearance to the maximum,and be easy to manage and analyse core,on the basis of the principles,acquisition methods and drawing core comprehensive chart of YXCJ-V Core Image High Resolution Acquisition Instrument which was researched and developed by Great Wall Drilling Exploration Mud Logging Company,the author gave a detailed introduction to the old and new core sampling,collecting,sorting,scanning,editing and processing steps.By using this technology,network core library,sedimentary library and fossil library were built,and evaluation to oil bearing property,electric property,lithology and lithologic feature analysis was made with these data.The core technology solved the problem of information distortion resulted from long-term laying aside.It plays an important role in oilfield exploration and development.However,the problems of fluorescence scanner scanning the short length and low speed need to be further improved.During the acquisition,in order to avoid core color distortion,white balance correction must be regularly done,and different scanning parameters for the different shades of colour should be set up.
