摘要
目的通过测定食管癌细胞系及食管上皮细胞系内光敏剂photofrin-Ⅱ的浓度,探讨肿瘤细胞对光敏剂的亲和力度,为进一步揭示光动力靶向治疗原理提供基础。方法通过高效液相色谱法测定人永生化食管上皮细胞系SHEE及其癌变细胞系SHEEC内photofrin-Ⅱ的浓度,探讨其吸收规律。结果在一定的时间范围内,食管癌细胞系SHEEC吸收photofrin-Ⅱ的浓度较食管上皮永生化细胞系SHEE吸收photofrin-Ⅱ的浓度高。结论食管癌细胞系SHEEC对photofrin-Ⅱ有独特亲和力。
Objective By measuring the photosensitizer photofrin-Ⅱ concentration of esophageal cancer cell line and esophageal epithelial cell line,the study was to investigate the affinity of tumor cells to the photofrin-Ⅱ,in order to provide the basis for targeted principle in photodynamic therapy.Methods High performance liquid chromatography was applied to measure the photofrin-Ⅱ concentration in immortalized human esophageal epithelial cell line SHEE and its malignant transformation cell line SHEEC,investigate the law of their absorption.Results In a certain time range,the absorption of photofrin-Ⅱ in SHEEC was more than SHEE.Conclusion The absorption of photofrin-Ⅱin SHEEC is more than SHEE.
