摘要
目的测定7种化妆品中汞和砷的含量。方法采用微波消解系统消化样品,用原子荧光光谱仪测定含量。结果汞和砷的检出限分别为0.023μg/L和0.036μg/L,精密度的RSD分别为0.7%和1.1%,平均回收率分别为97.39%和96.91%。结论微波消解-原子荧光光谱法具有操作简便、准确、灵敏、重现性好等优点,可用于化妆品中汞和砷的含量测定。
Objective To determine the contents of mercury and arsenic in seven kinds of cosmetics.Methods The mercury and arsenic contents in the sample were determined by the atomic fluorescence spectrometry after digestion by microwave.Results The detection limits of mercury and arsenic were 0.023 μg / L and 0.036 μg / L,the relative stangard deviations( RSD) were 0.7% and 1.1%,and the average recovery rates were 97.39% and 96.91%,respectively.Conclution The microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry method has the advantages of simple operation,accuracy,high sensitivity and good repeatability,which can be used for the determination of mercury and arsenic in cosmetics.
