摘要
运用Fluent软件,采取多重参考系法(MRF)和标准k-ε紊流模型对搅拌槽在水中产生的流场进行数值模拟,分析了桨叶高度和转速对三维流场的影响,并对其宏观流动特性和时均速度分布进行详细对比分析。结果表明,当上桨叶高度为1 200mm、转速为1 909r/min(200rad/s)时,搅拌效果最佳。
The flow field of stirring tank produced in water was numerically simulated by Multiple Reference Frame(MRF)and standard k-εturbulent model.The effects of blade height and rotating speed on threedimensional flow field of stirring tank were analyzed.The macroscopic flow characteristics and averaged velocity distribution were compared and analyzed in detail.The results show that the optimum stirring effect is obtained under the conditions of blade height of 1 200mm and rotating speed of 1 909r/min(200 rad/s).
