摘要
鉴于传统双级式光伏阵列模拟电源结构复杂,功率小等问题,提出了基于PWM整流器的大功率光伏特性模拟电源。新型光伏阵列模拟电源以PWM整流器SVPWM双环控制为基础,对id,iq解耦控制,以电流环取代电压外环,以电流前馈补偿实现无静差控制。同时,给出光伏阵列模拟电源特性简单的测试电路,通过Matlab/Simulink仿真研究得到了P-V以及I-V特性曲线,实现了光伏特性曲线的模拟,满足工程应用的需要,进而证明了原理的可行性。
In view of the traditional two-stage photovoltaic (PV)array simulator structure is complex, and lowpower, a high-power PV array simulator based on PWM rectifier was proposed. The new PV array simulator is based on PWM rectifier SVPWM double loops control, the decoupling control of id and iq. The current loop replaces voltage loop and current feed forward compensation cancels system static error so as to no static error. At the same time, a simple test circuit of the characteristics of the PV array Simulator was given. PV's I-V and P-V curves through the Matlab/Simulink simulation study was achieved. The simulation of the curve was realized and meet the needs of engineering applications, thus proves the feasibility of the principle.
