摘要
应用型人才培养目标应该有一个通用的标准,但更应该有更加具体的内容。否则,应用型本科高校难免"千校一面",所培养的人才难免"千人一面"。应用型本科高校具有学术性,并不是要把学校办成研究型大学;具有职业性,也并不是要把学校办成职业培训机构。应用型人才培养模式改革的动力在于高校外部环境的巨大压力,人才培养模式改革不是要在全校搞一个统一的模式,而是要突出专业特色;改革不是一个自上而下的过程,而是一个自下而上的过程;改革必须突破体制和利益双重障碍才能取得实质性的进展。
There should be a universal standard and also detailed contents for the objectives of the cultivation of applied talents. Otherwise, not only the universities, but also the talents cultivated, could not avoid the situation of being homogenous. Being academic does not mean to require the universities to be research -centered ones; and being professional does not mean to construct the universities into professional training institutions. The motivation of the mode reform of applied talents cultivation comes from the huge pressure of the environments. The reform is not to build a uniformed mode, but to highlight the specialty characteristics. It is not a process from being up to down but from down to up. Only by breaking through the system and interests can the reform gain substantive progress.
