摘要
以"加速度"为研究视角,运用相关数据,联系国家改革发展战略、政策制度和经济社会的变迁,深入分析60年来五个历史时期城市化发展的动力机制。并且指出,"加速度"视角下中国城市化发展要不断解放思想、创新观念,要因地制宜,优化政府战略引导的准确性;稳中求进,巩固市场化推动的根本性;勇于探索,强化制度创新的突破性;深入挖掘,夯实城市经营的基础性。
From the perspective of acceleration,the research makes a deep analysis on dynamic mechanism of urbanization of five historical periods over the past 60 years by using relevant data and relating to the transition of national reform and development strategy,policy and institution,economic and social development.At the same time,the research states that China＇s urbanization from the perspective of acceleration needs constant and continual emancipation of mind and innovation of concept.It is necessary to adopt measures suiting local conditions and to optimize the accuracy of strategies of government guide;we should seek improvement in stability and consolidate the foundation of marketization;we must make bold experiment and exploration and enhance the breakthrough of institutional innovation;we must dig deep into the fact and consolidate the basis of the urban management.
