摘要
当前,一些高校的思想政治教育工作存在着不同程度的偏离以人为本的问题,这些问题有着主观、客观和制度方面的原因。在科学发展观统领下,高校思想政治教育牢固坚持以人为本原则应及时更新思想观念、建构新型工作团队、改进工作方式方法、建构长效工作机制及不断实现工作创新。
In the present ideological and political education in some universities, there exist to varying degrees some problems which deviate from human - oriented principle, and all these problems are the result of subjective, objective, and institutional factors. Under the guidance of scientific outlook on development, the practical tactics to implement the human - oriented principle are as follows： to change the working ideas, to build up a new working group, to improve the methods of ideology work, to construct a new working mechanism, and to achieve continuous innovations.
