摘要
通过对图书馆知识管理和个性化知识服务内涵和特点的阐述,分析了图书馆知识管理与个性化知识服务的内在联系,从而得出知识管理是高校图书馆有效开展个性化知识服务的必要保障,并在此基础上提出了基于知识管理的高校图书馆个性化知识服务的实施策略。
On the discussion of library knowledge management and the expressions of the personalized service in the academic library,the paper analyzed the relationship between the library knowledge management and personalized service,got a necessary guarantee that knowledge management is the college library to effectively develop knowledge service,and puts forward some programmers how to carry out the personalized services in the academic library based on knowledge management.
