摘要
信息化社会发展过程中,"微博"以其"自主化"、"私人化"、"平民化"的特点,成为一种新型的舆论传播工具,迅速风靡于世界范围内的网络用户,特别是大量高校网络用户。高校图书馆可以利用微博进行信息服务,扬长避短,积极思考,通过微博进一步拉近与读者的距离,以用户的心理来思考图书馆的工作安排,拓展读者服务方式,提高图书馆的信息服务能力,为读者提供更贴心满意的服务。
With the development of science and technology,Micro blog is gradually becoming a new communication implement characterized as autonomy,privatization,and civilians.It is fashionable and popular in larges of network users,especially in college students.There are many benefits in usage of Micro blog for providing services in Academic libraries,such as narrow the distance with the patrons,extend service model,enhance abilities of information and knowledge service,provide a more intimate and satisfactory service,and so on.
