摘要
住宅产品的最终目的是得到市场的认可和消化。本文以无锡碧桂园小区规划为例,探讨如何从消费市场的角度进行住宅的规划设计,同时从产品的定位、建筑风格与细节的设计以及景观设计等方面强调差异性,将商业开发有机地融合进设计立意之中,让小区展现出文化内涵。
The ultimate aim of residential products is to obtain market recognition and absorption. The thesis takes the planning of Wuxi Bigui Garden as an example to discuss how to plan and design residences in the view of consumer market and emphasize differences in terms of product orientation, design of architectural style and details and landscape design, etc. to merge business development into design ideas organically for the purpose of showing cultural connotation with the subdistrict.
