摘要
以L-色氨酸和对三氟甲基苯甲醛为原料,经Pictet-Spengler环合、酯化、氧化、肼解、酰化5步反应合成4个β-咔啉双酰肼新化合物,通过1H NMR、IR、MS、元素等手段对其结构进行表征,同时测试其最终产物的杀虫活性,结果表明,双酰肼类化合物对库蚊的杀灭效果比较好,特别是化合物A2和A4,在各个浓度下的杀虫率都达到100%。
The new compounds of β-carboline-diacylhydrazine were obtained from L-tryptophan via 5-step reactions, including the Pictet-Spengler condensation, esterification, oxidation, N-alkylation and so on. Their structures were characterized by 1H NMR, IR, MS and elemental analysis. The insecticidal activity tests showed that three compounds of end product exhibited good insecticidal activity.
