摘要
针对某大型地下商业建筑消防设计中存在的与现行国家消防标准要求相矛盾的问题,采用性能化防火设计的方法,从性能化设计评估的安全目标、发生火灾时建筑内人员可用疏散时间与必需疏散时间等方面进行分析,并通过某防火分区人员疏散的模拟计算解决建筑疏散设计方面的问题。同时,提出对此类建筑运用性能化设计评估的建议。
Against the problems in the fire safety design of a large underground commercial building,which against the current standards,and using performance based fire design,the fire safety target,ASET and REST were analyzed,and the evacuation design were solved by simulation.Suggestion of performance based deign were put forward too.
