摘要
通过对温度、光照、pH值和碳源等培养条件进行筛选,研究铁皮石斛菌根真菌在不同培养条件下的生长状况。结果表明,铁皮石斛菌根真菌(001)的较佳培养条件为25℃、12 h光照+12 h黑暗、pH6.5、蔗糖、葡萄糖为适宜碳源。
The growth status of mycorrhizal fungi isolated from Dendrobium officinale were studied in different culture conditions through the screening of temperature, light, pH value and carbon source. The result showed that the suitable light was 12 h and 12 h dark, the temperature was 25℃, the pH value was 6.5. when sucrose and glucose were used individually as the carbon source, the mycorrhizal fungi（001 ） grew in good condition.
