摘要
在阐述差别定价的基本概念及不同价格优化方法的特点与适用条件的基础上,根据价格优化目标的不同,论述了运输企业期望收益最大化和社会福利最大化2种不同的差别定价模型,分析了铁路旅客运输边际成本的差异。针对2种不同的定价方法,结合数据对比分析了在日间高峰期与非高峰期及季节高峰期与非高峰期应用差别定价方法的适用条件,并得出相关结论。
Based on expounding the basic concept of differential pricing as well as characteristics and applicable condition of different price optimizing methods, according to the difference of price optimizing objects, this paper expounds two different differential pricing modes of transport enterprises--the maximization of expected benefit and maximization of social welfare, and analyzes the difference of marginal cost of railway passenger transportation. Targeting with the two different pricing methods and combining with data comparison, the paper analyzes the applicable conditions of applying differential pricing method in daytime peak hour and off-peak hour as well as in seasonal peak hour and off-peak hour, and then relative solutions were achieved.
