摘要 运用传热传质学理论及生物特性技术等研究了蔬菜种子等材料的干燥机理 ,通过固定床实验进一步印证了理论 ,建立了合理的干燥机制 .并介绍了新研制的优质高效红外辐射热风振动流化双循环干燥机 .用实验结果和性能参数说明了该机特别适合蔬菜种子的干燥 。 The basis of the theory about heat transfer and mass transfer, depending on the ecological characteristic technology, the drying mechanism of some materials is studied, for example, such various vegetable seeds. At the same time, through the fixed bed experiment the theory is confirmed and find a reasonable drying mechanism, and therefore, the two cycle dryer is introduced of infrared radiation and hot wind vibration fluidization. It is newly developed high quality and efficient. Its experiment result and property parameter show that this new type of dryer is satisfied for the dry of analogy other materials.
