肾素(原)受体及其与肾脏疾病相关的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 肾素-血管紧张素系统(renin-angiotensinsystem,RAS)异常激活在肾脏疾病发生发展的过程中起重要作用,阻断RAS系统的有效成分是目前治疗肾脏疾病的重要措施之一。长期以来,人们对RAS研究的热点主要集中在血管紧张素Ⅱ(angiotensinⅡ,AngⅡ)及下游活性成分醛固酮上。2002年,Nguyen等首次报道了RAS上游的一个新成员——肾素(原)受体[(pro)reninreceptor,PRR]。传统观念认为肾素(原)受体只是与肾素(renin)及肾素原(prorenin)结合,从而促使血管经张素原向AngⅠ、Ⅱ转化,而肾素(原)受体本身引发极其有限的生物学效应,但随着研究的深入,人们发现肾素(原)受体本身还能激活细胞内非AngⅡ依赖性信号途径,在介导某些病理效应如肾脏疾病方面中也发挥重要作用。
