摘要
为了探讨锌营养状况对大鼠血液、脑中某些微量元素和游离脂肪酸含量的影响进行了两系列实验 ,结果表明 ,饲料缺锌使大鼠血液锌、脑铁含量降低而脑铜含量升高 ;同时使血液软脂酸 ( C1 6∶ 0 )、硬脂酸 ( C1 8∶ 0 )、油酸( C1 8∶ 1 )以及脑 C1 6∶ 0 、C1 8∶ 0 、C1 8∶ 1 、亚油酸 ( C1 8∶ 2 )、花生四烯酸 ( C2 0∶ 4)含量升高 ,而血液 C1 8∶ 2 、C2 0∶ 4含量降低 .此结果提示 。
Two experiments were used to study the effect of zine deficiency on some trace elements and free fatty acids of blood and brain in rats. The contents of blood Zn, free fatty acid C 16∶0 ,C 20∶4 ,and brain Fe were decreased in zinc deficient rats, whereas blood free fatty acid C 16∶0 ,C 18∶0 ,C 18∶1 ,brain Cu, free fatty acid C 16∶0 ,C 18∶0 C 18∶2 ,C 20∶4 were increased. The results suggest that zinc can influence metabolism of brain trace elements and free fatty acids.
