摘要
目的:对南蛇藤(Celastrus orbiculatus Thunb.)的根进行化学成分研究。方法:采用色谱法进行分离,波谱法鉴定结构。结果:从该植物根中共分离鉴定出9个化合物,分别是:12-羟基-8,11,13-松香烷三烯-7-酮(1)、木栓烷酮(2)、大子五层龙酸(3)、28-羟基木栓烷酮(4)、扁蒴藤素(5)、雷公藤红素(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)、β-胡萝卜苷(8)和苯甲酸(9)。结论:其中,化合物2、4为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constitutes of roots of Celastrus orbiculatus. Methods : The compounds were isolated by column chromatography and identified by spectroscopic methods including IR, MS and NMR. Results:Nine compounds were isolated and identified as sugiol ( 1 ), friedelane-3-one ( 2 ), salapermic acid ( 3 ), 28-hydroxyfriedelane -3 -one ( 4 ), pristimerin ( 5 ), celastrol ( 6 ),/3-sitosterol (7) ,β-daucosterol ( 8 ) and benzoic acid (9), respectively. Conclusion : Compounds 2 and 4 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
