Introduction of Energy-saving Management for Wastewater Treatment Plants in Foreign Countries

摘要 污水处理厂在减少污染物排放的同时,需要考虑处理过程中的能耗问题。介绍了欧美等国污水处理厂的节能管理措施、方法和技术手段,欧洲各国通过示范工程的实施,对污水厂的各项性能指标进行评价,总结形成手册用以指导节能;美国开发了污水厂能量和物料系统分析工具进行污水厂的能耗评价,并据此提出改进建议。最后对我国污水厂节能的实施提出建议,供政府管理部门和污水厂的运行单位借鉴。 Wastewater treatment plants need to consider the problem of energy consumption while reducing the emissions of pollutants. The energy-saving management measures, methods and technical means for wastewater treatment plants in Europe as well as United States were described. In European countries, the performance of the wastewater treatment plant was evaluated by implementation of the dem- onstration project, and some manuals were formed to guide energy-saving. In United States, a plant-wide energy analysis tool was developed to assess the wastewater treatment plant energy consumption and make an improvement. Some recommendations for the implementation of wastewater treatment plant energy-sav- ing in China were given for reference in government management and wastewater treatment plant operation.
