摘要
在某铝土矿山井建平巷开挖掘进施工过程中,碰到一个约60 m宽大断层破碎带,围岩自稳能力差,施工不当就会引起冒顶等垮塌事故,严重影响施工安全和施工进度。采用工作面超前钻探,针对软弱破碎带采用小管棚超前支护可以保证巷道顺利的掘进。详细介绍了该段巷道掘进中管棚支护设计参数与施工要求,工程历经2个多月,顺利通过该破碎带。
During process of roadway drilling,excavation and construction in a bauxite mine,there usually meets with a fracture zone with an approximately 60 m wide fault.Since the surrounding rock has a poor self-stability ability,the improper construction would result in the roof caving and collapse,seriously influence the construction safety and schedule.The paper introduces in detail the design parameters and construction requirements of pile-shed supporting during the roadway tunneling.After experiencing over two months in this project,the tunnel successfully passed this fracture zone.The advance drilling at working face is adopted.Especially in the weak fracture zone,the small pile-shed supporting can ensure the roadway tunneling.
