摘要
煤泥输送管道的压力与流量、泵出口距离和浓度因素有关,且呈现复杂非线性关系。文章利用遗传算法优化神经网络参数建立了压力分布模型,实验数据的测试结果表明,该模型能较准确的计算出煤泥输送管道的压力分布。
The pressure of the slime transportation pipeline would be related to the flow, outlet distance of the pump and concentration factors and there was a complicated nonlinear between the pressure and other factors. A pressure distribution model was established with the neural network parameters optimized by the genetic neural network. The measured and tested results of the experiment data showed that the model could well correctly calculate the pressure distribution of the slime transportation pipeline.
