摘要
技术概念的复杂性是导致自主论和建构论纷争不断的根本原因,对技术本质的理解必须区分哲学语境和社会学语境。反思技术与社会的关系,既要立足于历史的维度,同时要顺应技术哲学当下发生的"经验转向"。
The complexity of technological concept is the basic reason for an endless debate between autonomism and con- structivism. The distinction between context of philosophy and of sociology must be made as to understanding of the essence of technology. Reflecting on the relationship between technology and society should be based on the historical dimension, at the same time, should be complied with the ＂experiential turn＂ which happened currently for philosophy of technology.
