屈螺酮炔雌醇片对青春期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效 被引量：13

摘要 目的:探讨屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效和安全性。方法:青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者共58例随机分两组治疗,分别使用屈螺酮炔雌醇片、炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗后评估疗效和不良反应。结果:两种药物治疗前后血清黄体生成素、总睾酮差值显著降低,痤疮症状明显改善,两组间差异无显著性。两组均未发现严重不良反应,屈螺酮炔雌醇片所致体重增加较小,两者之间差异无显著性。结论:屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血疗效确定,副作用少。
