摘要
本文首先阐述了创业型企业人力资源管理与企业文化落地的关系,然后基于人力资源管理视角详细分析了阿里巴巴的企业文化落地,最后从员工层面和工作层面构建了创业型企业企业文化落地的一般路径。
First, the paper concludes the'relationship between human resource management and enterprise culture translation of entrepreneurial enterprise in theory, then analyses the enterprise culture translation of Alibaba Group based on the perspective of HR. At last, the paper builds the ordinary path of entrepreneurial enterprise culture translation from staff level and work level.
