摘要
针对老公营煤矿松软顶板特厚煤层下综放开采可能面临的漏砂及顶煤冒放性差的现象,分析了煤层强度、煤层赋存深度、顶板条件、采放比、顶煤裂隙发育程度及夹矸等影响因素,同时运用三维数值模拟对回采后煤壁的支承压力及顶煤的拉伸破坏程度进行了研究。分析结果表明:该煤矿松软顶板特厚煤层条件下可以采用综放开采,且顶煤的冒放性较好,有利于实现工作面的安全高产高效。
Aiming at the possible problems of sand leakage and poor cavability of top coal in fully mechanized caving mining in super-thick coal seam with soft roof in Laogongying Mine,the paper analyzes the impacting factors of coal seam strength,occurrence depth,roof conditions,mining-caving ratio,top coal fracture development degree,the parting and so on,and meanwhile uses three-dimensional numerical simulation to study the coal wall support pressure and top coal tensile failure degree after the extraction.The analysis result shows that it is feasible to use the fully mechanized caving mining in super-thick coal seam with soft roof in Laogongying Mine and the top coal cavability is good,which is beneficial to safety,high production and efficiency of the working face.
