摘要
滨南油田属于低孔低渗的复杂断块油田,岩石中存在高岭石、伊利石等粘土矿物,在开采过程中储层遇水易发生粘土膨胀,堵塞地层,造成渗透率下降,注水压力升高,注水困难的严峻局面。针对低渗透油藏的开采现状及问题,将兼具防膨性能及驱油性能的表面活性剂(LY剂)引入本文,对该剂进行了性能研究。LY剂可使油水界面张力降至10-3mN/m;防膨率为26.67%;腐蚀速率为2.5g/(m2·h),小于石油行业规定标准值6g/(m2·h);对于不同渗透率的岩心,注表面活性剂后平均压降为28%,平均驱油效率为8.62%。LY剂可提高驱油效率,同时抑制粘土颗粒的水化膨胀及分散运移,达到降压增注的目的。结合滨南低渗透区块储层物性、敏感性及表面活性剂具有的特性,分析了该表面活性剂驱技术在滨南低渗透区块应用的可行性。
Binnan oil field is a complex section block with low porosity and permeability, containing clay mineral of kaolinite and illite in rock.Along with the water flooding, reservoir is vulnerable to clay swelling and then formation is plugged,which causes a situation about permeability decline, high injection pressure and difficulty of inject weater in the mining process of oil. According to the oil exploitation situation and problem of the low permeability reservoir,a kind of surfactant (LY) with anti-clay-swelling and oil displacement ability is studied in the paper.The LY can reduce interfacial tension to 10-3 mN/m,the antiswelling rate is 26.67 %, and the corrosion rate is 2.5g/(m2 ·h),which less than the industry standard 6g/(m2 ·h).After surfactant flooding,the average pressure can reduce by 28 % and the average oil displacement efficiency is 8.62 % for different permeability cores.LY can improve oil displacement efficiency, meanwhile can inhibit swelling and dispersion of clay minerals,palying a role of increasing injection and reducing the pressure.In the paper,combining with the reservoir physical properties,reservoir sensitivity and the characteristics of surfactant,the feasibility of surfactamt flooding technology is studied in Binnan low permeability oilfield.
