摘要
将数值模拟方法用于涡流检验缺陷的定量可靠性的研究中。通过对平板裂纹问题进行有限元数值模拟计算,并对大量计算结果与算例实验结果进行比对和分析,证明其可方便地获得不同缺陷的检验信号,从而作为理论试验工具,可为缺陷信号的识别提供数据支持。
Numerical simulation method is used for detects quantitative reliability in eddy current testing. Calculating the cracks of flat by finite element numerical simulation, contrasting and analyzing the deal of results between calculation and experiment, which proved that it could be convenient to obtain the different inspection signals of defects. Consequently,it can offer the supporting data for distinguishing from defects signal as the academic instrument.
