摘要
脉冲型熔化极气体保护焊具有焊接可控性高、焊接电流可调范围宽等优势。但由于焊接参数匹配的复杂性,导致生产过程中使用不便。介绍一种基于大步长标定的参数Newton插值自调节方法,解决了P-GMAW焊接参数匹配复杂的问题,并通过φ1.2 mm碳钢焊丝焊接试验,验证了该方法的可行性。
P-GMAW has the advantages such as the high controllability,wide adjustable range for welding current and so on. However,the complexity of the welding parameters matching leads to the inconvenience in the productive process. This paper introduces a method base on the parameters self-adjustment for a large step Newton interpolation calibration ,solved the parameters matching problem, and then proved the feasibility of this method by the test of welding 1.2 mm carbon steel welding wire.
