一种低压大电流永磁直流电机结构优化设计 被引量:4

摘要 在不方便采用高压电源供电,而又要求有较高输出场合的电机,常常工作于低压大电流的状态下。该状态下的电机面临着损耗大,散热难等问题,因此常使用永磁直流电机作为驱动电机。针对应用于车载电动牵引工具中的低压大电流永磁直流电机,给出其总体结构优化设计方案;并使用Ansoft软件对电机进行仿真优化,得到样机的精确设计参数;对样机和现有电机进行了对比试验,着重对比了电流—效率和转矩—效率之间的差异,样机额定效率提高了6%。 When it is not convenient to use high voltage power to supply power,and to output higher power of motor,it often works in low voltage large current condition.Working in low voltage large current state of the motor faces big loss,difficulty to heat dissipation and other questions,so it often uses permanent magnet dc motor as drive motor.The magnet dc motor works in the low voltage large current conditions,for application in the electric traction tools,presents the general structure optimization design.Using Ansoft software simulated and optimized on the motor can gain prototype accurate design parameters.There is a contrast test between the sample and the existing motor.It mainly compares the difference of current,efficiency and torque,efficiency.Relative to existing motor,the rating efficiency of the sample motor improves 6%.
