摘要
针对树皮、秸秆、杂草等生物质,提出了一种渐进式方捆压缩机,这种压缩机主要依靠曲柄滑块六杆机构实现压缩打捆。在满足设计要求的前提下,确定了压缩机的结构参数。通过动力学基本理论分析了系统的运动情况,建立了系统的力学模型,获得了系统的真实运动情况,说明了设计的合理性。通过分析软件ADMAS,模拟和仿真了机构的运动情况,验证了运动模型的正确性。此类压缩机在无需粉碎生物质的前提下,经过三次压缩,不但具有较高的压缩密度,而且高效节能,普遍适用于个人或者家庭。
It puts forward a kind of progressive rectangular compressor which relies mainly on the crank slider six-bar linkage to complete compression,according to tree bark,straw,weed and biomass.Structural parameters of the compressor are determined in meeting premise of design requirements.Through the basic theory of dynamic analysis,it analyses system's motion and establishes the system's mechanical model.Using the solution of the mechanical model,system of real motion is got and the rationality of the design is demonstrated.By using ADMAS,it simulates the mechanism motion and verifies the correctness of the model.This compressor without crushing after three times compressed,which is widely used in personal or family,not only has high compression density,but also high efficiency and energy saving.
