摘要
随着经济社会的不断发展,高等院校的不断扩招,大学生就业竞争日益激烈,就业压力给大学毕业生造成了不同程度的就业焦虑。以河南省4所本科院校(2所师范院校和2所非师范院校)大学毕业生为研究对象,采用SAS焦虑自评量表进行问卷调查,研究应届大学毕业生就业焦虑水平的特点及其影响因素,从而寻找出解决大学毕业生就业焦虑办法,为学校在对大学毕业生进行就业指导时提供参考。
With uninterrupted growth of economy society, universities and colleges enthusiastically enlarges the scale of student-recruitment, which makes employment competition gradually fierce, and has brought about varying degrees of em- ployment anxiety to college graduates. This research selected colleges graduates of 4 undergraduate colleges in Henan province (2 normal college and 2 non-normal college) as the object of study. SAS Self-rating anxiety Scale questionnaire survey was conducted on the level of college graduates' employment anxiety characteristics and its influencing factors, in order to find out a solution of employment anxiety for college graduates, which provides reference for the universities on graduates" employment guidance.
