摘要
《人员素质测评》课程是高等学校人力资源管理专业主要课程之一,其中素质测评的质量分析内容是重点。此部分内容涉及很多统计学内容,在教学过程中师生普遍反映有一定的难度。究其原因,主要在于未能把统计学相关知识和人员素质测评质量分析的研究思路紧密地结合起来。由于此部分内容在研究方法上有一定的共性,为此结合教学经验,归纳总结出相应的应用范式以提高教学效果。
"The evaluation of personnel quality " course is one of the major courses of human resources management in college, and the content of quality evaluation' analysis is emphasis and difficulty of this course. Because of this part relates to many statistical content, in the teaching process, teachers and students generally reflect a certain degree of difficulty. Analysis of the reason, mainly lies in failing to closely combine research analysis of statistical knowledge and personnel quality evaluation quality. In view of this part of the contents of the research method has certain universality, therefore with the actual teaching experience, summed up the corresponding application paradigm to facilitate teaching.
