摘要
目的 :为探讨泰胃美治疗应激性溃疡及出血的临床疗效。方法 :采用泰胃美及甲氰脒胍两组病例对比进行分析。结果 :泰胃美治疗应激性溃疡及出血的总有效率为 85 % ,明显高于对照组 ,合并应激性溃疡及出血死亡率明显低于对照组 ;对肾功能、肝功能及心血管系统无不良反应。结论 :泰胃美是治疗内科急。
Objective To investigate the therapentic effect of Tagment in stress ulcer and gastrossahagia.Method Contrast the therapentic effect of Tagment group and cemetidini group.Results The operative rate of Tagment group was 85%,and it's death rate was 8 8%.It had abvious diffrent between Tagment group and control group.It also showed that Tagment had no cacotic effect with liver,kidney and cardionascular systerm.Conclusion Tagment was first choice of stress ulcer and grstrorrachagia.
