摘要
在雕刻系统中图形处理通常采用位图形式,但缺点是放大后容易失真,难以提高加工精度及速度,而图像矢量化,则能予以克服。论文采用了图像矢量化技术,研究了徽类零件加工工艺,通过数控加工与矢量图形相结合,实现了对徽类零件的加工,为徽类零件加工提供了一种可行的方法。
In the engraving system,graphics processing usually adopts bitmap form,but the drawback is amplified distortion and difficult to improve the machining precision and velocity,however,it can be overcame by image vectorization.The paper uses image vectorization technology,studied the emblem parts processing technology,through the numerical control processing and the vectograph combination,realized on the emblem of parts of the processing,as the emblem of parts processing provides a feasible method.
