摘要
在简要叙述热处理炉型基础上,介绍了包钢3800 mm中厚板热处理生产线的工艺流程,并对辐射管加热辊底式热处理炉先进应用实例进行详细叙述。全炉分为24个温度控制区,采用分段预置模块式炉体、ON-OFF脉冲控制自预热式烧嘴和无水冷耐热钢辊等,使钢板烧损率比传统炉型降低3%,单位燃气消耗量降至1373 kJ/kg,年节约成本400余万元,采用可靠性高的SIEMENS S7 400自动控制系统和PCS 7可编程序软件,对热处理过程进行在线优化及管理,使钢板任意点出炉温度与目标温度偏差小于15℃,长度和宽度方向上温差小于±10℃。该炉自投产以来,月最高产量达到2.3万吨,远超原设计目标,热处理钢板合格率达到98%以上。
Based on a brief description of heat treatment furnace, the process of 3800 mm medium and thick plate heat treatment production line, with advanced applications of radiant tube heating roller hearth furnace was recounted. The furnace is divided into 24 temperature- controlled areas, using segmented preset module, ON-OFF pulse control burner with integrated recuperator and heat-resistant roller without water cooling to make less steel burnt loss, gas consumption down to just 1373 kJ/kg, achieve 400 million in cost savings annually. Highly reliable SIEMENS $7 400 and PCS 7 auto-control systems are adopted to realize on-line control and management of heat treatment, the discharging billet temperature deviation from target is within 15℃, temperature differential between length and width is less than ± 10 ℃. With successful operation of the furnace, the monthly output peaked at 23 000 tons which has exceeded design value and the qualification rate of the billet is more than 98%.
