摘要
面包厂房中工艺设备散发的热量很大,由于设备操作的时段性差异,散发的热量缺少准确值,会给该区域的采暖、通风设计带来很大的不便,若忽略这部分热量进行设计,运行结果又会脱离实际,偏离使用要求。根据使用方运行操作经验数据及类似工程的设计经验积累,结合现行规范进行设计,给面包厂采暖通风设计提供了一种设计参考。
Industrial equipments in bread plant distribute large amounts of heat;due to the differences of operation,heating and ventilation design will give a great inconvenience for lack of accurate data values of the heat dissipating capacity,the result will be unrealistic and deviation from the requirement.A method is proposed to the heating and ventilation design of bread plant,according to the operating experi ence and design experience of similar projects,combining with the current design code.
