Objective Discuss heterochrony repeat cancer treatment forward curative effect. Methods For the 1975-2011 hospitalized the clinical data of 91 patients and follow-up results were statistically analyzed. Results Ill place for the first time: 12 cases esophageal cancer, cervical cancer, 39 cases, 13 cases of gastric cancer, 10 cases of breast cancer, 17 cases of other carcinoma. 2 times sick place: esophageal 36 cases, cervical cancer 7 cases, 20 cases of gastric cancer, breast cancer, 4 cases, 24 cases of other carcinoma. 2 times incidence between 8 months to 30 years, an average of 1 year 11 months. 28 cases surgical treatment: 16 cases of esophageal cancer, cervical cancer, 23 cases of gastric cancer, breast cancer (14 cases, 28 cases of other carcinoma. 28 cases radiotherapy: esophageal cancer and cervical cancer, 17 cases of other carcinoma (3 cases). Chemotherapy: esophageal cancer (3 cases), 8 cases of gastric cancer, 9 cases of other carcinoma. The total 1, 3, 5, 10 year survival rates were 100% (91/91), 94.32% (83/88), 81.71% (67/82), 67.18% (43/64).Ⅲ and sick 2 times the 5-year survival rate for the first time comparison: esophageal cancer was statistically significant (P〈0.01), cervical cancer has no statistical significance (P〉0.05), and gastric cancer was statistically significant (P〈0.01).Conclusion A second tumor recurrence and metastasis or without control is a major cause of death. Should choose according to individual condition, the optimal treatment plan.
