摘要
通过对邯郸区县发展的历史与现实的成就和问题分析,寻找邯郸区县城镇化发展的存在问题和剖析原因,并从城镇规划、培育邯郸经济增长极、制度创新、积极发展重点区县、大力推进工业化和第三产业的进程、加大城镇公共事业的投入,改善公共设施设备、转变政府职能、进一步优化城镇发展的软环境等措施入手,提出邯郸区县城镇化跨越发展的对策。
：Based on analysingthe developing history, existing achievement and realistic issues in Handan, we search for its problem in urbanization construction. We propound some urbanization de- velopment countermeasures for Handanon some points about town planning, economic growth pole, in- stitutional innovation, developing main county, boosting industrialization and tertiary industry increasing investment and public services facilities, transforming the function of the government, and optimizing soft environment for the development of the towns.
