摘要
本研究对北京5所高校来自新疆的少数民族学生以及新疆大学的少数民族学生进行问卷调查和个别访谈。数据表明,新疆少数民族大学生在地区、性别、民族上的适应状况不存在差异;在校园生活、满意度因子上存在年级和专业差异。个别访谈发现,大部分新疆少数民族大学生在京的学习与生活环境的适应具有阶段性和累积性特点。研究为提高新疆少数民族大学生的适应性提出了一定的建议。
The authors made an investigation by questionnaire on the minority college students from Xin- jiang who were studying in five colleges in Beijing, as well as the minority college students from Xinjiang Uni- versity. The data showed, the adaptation state of minority college students from Xinjiang did not have differ ence in region, sex, nationality, there were differences mainly in campus and satisfaction factor, which were represented in grade and specialty. In some interviews it was found that the adaptation of Xinjiang minority college students in Beijing to their study and environment has the period and cumulative characteristics. The research gives some suggestions for raising the adaptation of Xinjiang minority college students.
