短期大剂量普伐他汀对急性心肌梗死患者CRP和MMP-9、CD40L的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察大剂量普伐他汀治疗急性心肌梗死患者3d后C反应蛋白(CRP),基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、细胞黏附因子40L型(CD40L)的变化。方法:72例急性心肌梗死患者分为A、B两组,每组36例,A组口服普伐他汀片40mg/d,B组口服普伐他汀片20mg/d,治疗前及治疗3d后分别测定CRP和MMP-9、CD40L。结果:两组患者血清CRP和MMP-9、CD40L在治疗后3d均有明显下降(P<0.05),但以A组更明显(P<0.01)。结论:急性心肌梗死患者早期使用普伐他汀可抑制炎性反应,且大剂量效果更好。
