By ascertaining the origin and development of the European debt crisis and summarizing the European crisis response measures, the paper explores the root causes for the European debt crisis, and analyzes its effects on financial markets and the global economy, so as to present a solution to the debt crisis and provide China＇ s relevant departments with a reference in terms of identifying and responding to the risks of the debt crisis.
