空冷凝汽器单排管束传热和阻力特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过反复试验研究不同的翅片扰流槽尺寸,并在传热试验台上进行各种工艺结构的单排管性能测试比较,研发出了低风阻、高效率的国产单排管换热元件。以单排管束传热性能和阻力特性进行试验,得到不同背压条件下管束迎面风速与风阻关系式、迎面风速与传热系数关系式以及欧拉数与雷诺数准则方程式。对两种不同规格单排管束进行了性能比较,得到不同规格单排管束在相同背压下迎面风速与风阻关系式、迎面风速与传热系数关系式,通过分析,得出不同规格元件传热和阻力特性,获得了更优性能的单排管束参数。 A single tube heat transfer element which has low wind resistance and high efficiency of domestic was developed through repeated test research in different finned vortex tank size,and the performance comparison tests in kinds of technology structure of single-row tube were done on heat transfer experiment platform.Based on the test of single-row tube bundle heat transfer and the resistance characteristics,the face velocity and wind resistance relation,face velocity and heat transfer coefficient relation and euler number and reynolds number criterion equation in different backpressures were got.The face velocity and wind resistance relation,face velocity and heat transfer coefficient relation and euler number and reynolds number criterion equation for different single-row tube bundles under the same backpressure were also got.According to analyzing,heat transfer and the resistance characteristics of different single-row tubes and more optimal performance parameters were obtained through the comparison of two different single-row tubes.
